¡Nos vamos de viaje! ¿Qué material de scrap me llevo? // Let's go on a trip! What supplies should I take with me?

Hola hola! Hoy estoy emocionada porque mañana nos vamos de viaje a Frankfurt a visitar las ferias CreativeWorld y PaperWorld. Estoy ya empaquetando mis cosas y se me ha ocurrido proponerme un reto: hacer un mini álbum para documentar el viaje, pero durante el viaje. Así que para hacerlo he seleccionado el material de scrap que me parece imprescindible para crear el proyecto y he pensado que tal vez os gustaría ver de qué material se trata, así que he grabado este pequeño vídeo.

Hello Hello! Today I am so excited because we are going to Frankfurt tomorrow, to visit PaperWorld and Creativeworld trade fairs. I'm packing my stuff and I thought to propose a challenge to myself: make a mini album to document the trip, but during the trip. So I have chosen the necessary scrapbooking supplies to create the project and I thought maybe you'd like to see what supplies are those, so I made this little video.

Hola hola! Hoy os traigo una plantilla para que os descarguéis, relacionada con uno de mis propósitos para este 2016. El propósito consiste en llevar una contabilidad personal detallada. ¿No os ha pasado alguna vez que al terminar el mes habéis dicho, pero dónde se ha ido mi dinero? Pues son los gastos más pequeños los que al final se llevan la mayor parte y he decidido tomar nota de todo lo que me gasto y saber así cuánto dedico a las cosas imprescindibles y cuánto a aquellas que no lo son. Creo que es una buena forma de poder suprimir los gastos superfluos, marcar una cantidad mensual de ahorro y hacer un mejor control de lo gastado. ¿Os animáis a hacerlo conmigo?

Hello Hello! Today I bring you a template that you a free download, related to one of my goals for this 2016. The purpose is to make a detailed personal accounting. Have ever happened to you that by the end of the month you said, but where is my money gone? The smaller expenses are those which takes our money off, and have decided to take note of everything I spend so I can control how much I spend on the essential things and how on those that are not. I think it's a good way to eliminate wasteful spending, decide a amount to save each month and better control of what was spent. Are you ready to do It with me?

Para hacer mi contabilidad he diseñado una plantilla semanal muy sencilla, con los días de la semana y los tipos de gasto que tengo: los básicos (alimentación, higiene, salud, transporte, etc.), los hobbies (en mi caso el scrap, las agendas, papelería y demás), los culturales (libros, cine, conciertos, etc.) y otros (donde podemos contabilizar el resto de cosas como regalos, caprichos, gastos de mascotas, etc.). El año pasado os hablé el método KaKeBo (podéis ver la entrada AQUÍ), y esto es algo parecido pero simplificado y gratis, jeje.

To make this happen I have designed a simple weekly template, with the days of the week and the types of expenses I have: basic (food, hygiene, health, transport, etc.), hobbies (in my case the scrapbook, planners, stationery and others), cultural (books, movies, concerts, etc.) and others (where we can account for all the other things as gifts, treats, pet expenses, etc.). Last year I published a post about the KaKeBo method (you can see the entrance here), and this is something similar but simplified and best of all, free, hehe.

Así que si os animáis a continuación os dejo los enlaces donde podéis descargar vuestra plantilla e imprimirla e incluirla en vuestra agenda o planner, crear una libreta con esta plantilla o incluso crearos vuestra libreta de Traveler's Notebook. Hay plantillas de dos tamaños, A5 y Traveler's Notebook, y tenéis las plantillas en inglés y en español.

Para el tamaño A5, imprimir la plantilla a doble cada por el número de hojas que queráis, cortar por la mitad y encuadernar o agujerear para colocar en una agenda de ese tamaño. Y si tenéis un Midori o Traveler's Notebook, imprimir a doble cara la plantilla de ese tamaño( 16 copias), grapar por la mitad, doblar y cortar a 11cm de ancho.

Templates are two sizes: A5 and Traveler's Notebook regular size, and have the templates in English and Spanish.

For A5 size, print as many doublesided copies as you want of the template, cut in half and bind them to make a notebook or punch them to place on a planner of the same size. And if you have a Midori Traveler's Notebook print 16 double-sided copies, stapled in half, fold where you stampled and cut to 11cm wide.

Hola hola! Hoy para terminar la semana, os traigo un vídeo del proceso que sigo para decorar mi agenda. Ya os comenté en un post anterior (lo podéis ver AQUÍ) que mi forma de documentar el año
va a ser decorando una de mis agendas con las fotos de cada semana. De momento me está funcionando y como me comentásteis que os gustaría un vídeo de cómo la decoro, aquí os lo traigo. También aprovecho para para enseñaros las cuatro agendas que voy a utilizar a lo largo del año, y a ver si me echáis una mano para encontrar una forma de utilizar una de ellas.

Hola hola! Hoy os quiero hablar sobre el libro que estoy leyendo (y que entre otras cosas está revolucionando mi vida) y enseñaros la última página que he hecho en uno de mis cuadernos creativos, inspirada en el libro.

Se llama "Make It Happen", escrito por Lara Casey, una emprendedora que ha sabido enfrentarse a las circunstancias negativas de su vida y seguir el camino que Dios le ha ido marcando para vivir una vida con propósito y conseguir todo lo que se ha propuesto. En el libro nos cuenta su experiencia, las dificultades que ha superado y cómo lo ha hecho, mientras nos da claves y pautas que podemos aplicar en nuestras propias vidas para "hacer que suceda" aquello que tanto ansiamos, ya sea a nivel personal como profesional. Estoy disfrutando muchisimo de esta lectura, que es a la vez un ejercicio de autoreconocimiento estupendo, que te hace pensar y darte cuenta de muchos aspectos importantes de tu vida, que nunca antes habías contemplado. Si buscáis un cambio sustancial, este es vuestro libro.

It's called "Make It Happen" written by Lara Casey, an entrepreneur who has managed to withstand the adverse circumstances of his life and follow the path that God has marked to live a life of purpose and get everything she wanted. The book tells of her experience, the difficulties she overcame and how she did it, while giving us clues and tips that we can apply in our own lives to "make it happen" in both levels, either personally and professionally . I'm enjoying this reading so so much, which is both an exercise of great self-recognition, that makes you think and realize many important aspects of your life that you had never contemplated. If you are looking for a substantial change, this is your book.


Uno de los capítulos habla sobre uno de nuestros errores más comunes, buscar la perfección (que siendo objetivos, es imposible de alcanzar) y nos cuenta que lo importante no es la perfección, sino el progreso, el avance. Lo importante es que tomemos nuestra vida en nuestras manos y actuemos, que vayamos dando pasos (por muy pequeños que sean) hacia aquello que queremos conseguir, avanzar poco a poco hacia nuestros objetivos reales, hacia aquello que realmente importa. Y yo me pregunto, ¿qué sentido tiene gastar nuestras energías persiguiendo un imposible, cuando podemos redirigirlas hacia aquello que de verdad vale la pena? Aquello que nos hace felices, aquello que hace que nuestras vidas tengan sentido. ¿Mi progreso de hoy? Haceros llegar este mensaje, ¿quién sabe? Igual cambia alguna vida, como está cambiando la mía :)

One of the chapters talks about one of our most common mistakes, seek perfection (that If we are objective, is unattainable) and tells us that what is important is not perfection, but progress. The important thing is that we take our lives in our hands and take action, that we make steps (however small they may be) in direction to what we want to achieve, towards our real objectives, intowhat really matters. And I wonder, what's the point spending our energies chasing an impossible when we can redirect them towards what It's really worth It? What makes us happy, what makes our lives meaningful. My progress today? Make you get this message, who knows? It may suppose a life change for someone, as It is changing mine :)

Hola hola! Ya os adelantaba ayer vía Instagram, que os estaba preparando un vídeo con el interior del mini álbum que he hecho siguiendo el curso on-line impartido por Marcy Penner, en www.studiocalico.com. Pues por fin lo tengo terminado y he podido tachar de mi lista uno de los muchos cursos on-line que he empezado y no he terminado. En el vídeo de hoy os enseño el interior del mini, que ha sido muy sencillo de hacer y muy entretenido, y también os explico un rápido paso a paso para crear cierres con goma elástica sin necesidad de utilizar la Crop a Dile ni ninguna otra herramienta, más que una pistola de silicona caliente, hilo y aguja.

Hi! Yesterday I told you via Instagram that I was sorking on a new video with the inside of the last mini album I made following the Marcy penner's on-line class at Studio Calico. So yes, It's ready and I finally am able to check off one of the many online unfinished classes I'm in. In today's video I'm showing you the inside pages of my album but also a very quick way to create an elastic closure for the mini book without using the Crop a Dile or any other tools, just a glue gun, needle and thread. 




El álbum que he utilizado es de 6x4 pulgadas, de la marca Simple Stories. Lo podéis encontrar en tiendas especializadas de scrap, como www.upandscrap.com o www.kimidori.com. Y en la web de Studio Calico también está disponible.

Cómo hacer un marcapáginas para tu agenda o planner - TUTORIAL Scrapbook // How to make a bookmark for your planner

Buenos días! Ya es viernes y para celebrarlo os traigo un pequeño tuto. En el vídeo de hoy quiero enseñaros la forma tan sencilla en la que he decorado el Dashboard de mi agenda Webster's Pages, que compré en www.upandscrap.com. Los colores que utilizo son el blanco, el negro y el dorado, una combinación que últimamente me encanta. Es una decoración sencilla y muy fácil de hacer, el truco, los elementos decorativos dorados y un bonito papel de fondo.

También os enseño una manera muy fácil de crear un marcapáginas para vuestras agendas, con un par de tips para que sea más resistente y fácil de utilizar.

Para el marcapáginas nos hará falta un trozo de papel estampado de 6,5cm x 17cm (para el personal size) o de 6,5cm x 21cm (para tamaño A5). Si tenéis dudas del tamaño de vuestra agenda, podéis medir el alto de una página de la agenda y así sabréis a qué tamaño tenéis que cortar el papel estampado.

Hello! It's FriYAY!! Let's celebrate with a quick tutorial. In today's video I want to show the simple way in which I decorated my Webster's Pages planner Dashboard. The colors I used are white, black and gold, a combination with which I'm in love lately. It is simply decorated and very easy to make, the tip: gold ornaments and a nice pattern paper.

I'm also showing you a very easy way to create a bookmark for your planners, with a couple of tips to make it more durable and easy to use.

For the bookmark we need a piece of patterned paper 6.5 cm x 17cm (for personal size) or 6.5 cm x 21cm (A5 size). If you have doubts about the size of your planner, you can measure the height of your agenda pages and so will know what size you have to cut the patterned paper.

Ya estamos a mitad semana, y mientras trabajo en el próximo vídeo que os estoy preparando, miro los preciosos clipboards que me acompañan en el estudio, y no sé qué es lo que tienen, pero cada vez me gustan más. Son perfectos para colgar un layout, o una frase inspiradora, e incluso para hacer un calendario, como os enseñé a hacer en éste VÍDEO.

Hi! We're in the middle week, and while working in the next video I'm getting ready for you, I look at the precious clipboards next to me in the studio, and I don't know what they have, but every time I like them more. Cómo hacer una funda de CD/DVD - How to make a CD Cover

Buenos días! Hace unos días os enseñé en Instagram unas fundas de CD y me dijisteis que os gustaría ver un tuto, así que aquí está. Es muy sencillo de hacer y hacen falta poquitos materiales:

- Cutter, regla, lápiz, goma y tijeras
- Plegadora (o similar)
- Pegamento
- Troquel de círculo de 2,5cm
- Cartulina A4 blanca o del color que queráis
- Papel estampado
- Opcional: die cuts para decorar, sellos, trozo de madera.

Para la parte exterior hay que cortar la cartulina a 13 x 26cm y doblar por la mitad. Para hacer el bolsillo necesitamos un trozo de 16,5 x 8cm. Las marcas para hacer los pliegues de las solapas en el bolsillo hay que hacerlas a 2cm y a 14,5cm en la parte horizontal y a 6cm en la parte vertical.

Good morning! Few days ago I have shown you a CD Cover I made for a friend and you told me you'd like to see a Totorial about how to make It, so here It is. It's a very easy to make and you need just a few supplies:

The supplies you need are:

- Cutter, ruler, pencil, eraser, scisors
- Follding tool
- Glue
- 1" circle punch
- A4 white color cardstock
- Pattern paper
- Opt: die cuts, stamps, wood piece.

To to make the outside of the cover, the carstock must be cut 13 by 26cm and fold in half. for the inside pocket we need a piece of cardstock 16.5 x 8cm. The marks for  the flaps on the pocket have to be done at 2cm and 14,5cm in the horizontal part and the vertical part at 6cm.

Mi versión de Project Life - My version of Project Life

Llevo dos años intentando llevar al día el Project Life y me ha sido imposible, quiero hacerlo grande, bonito y decorado. Y no hay manera. Había pensado en reducir el tamaño y coger un álbum más pequeño, pero los bolsillos se me quedan cortos. Tras darle muchas vueltas, me he dado cuenta que solo quiero documentar el día a día de mi familia, brevemente y con alguna foto. Si puedo decorar un poco, genial, pero si no, tampoco pasa nada. Así que uno de los Planners que me he agenciado para el 2016, (concretamente el de Studio Calico, que podéis ver por dentro AQUÍ), va a hacer la función de Diario. Y así es cómo ha quedado mi primera semana: sencillo, rápido y con poco material. Y lo mejor de todo: HECHO.

During the last two years I have trying to keep my Project Life updated and It has been impossible, I want to make it big, nice and decorated. And there's no way. I thought about reducing the size and use a smaller album, but the pockets are not enough. After much thought, I realized that I just want to document the daily life of my family, briefly and with some pictures. If I can decorate a little, great, but if not, it doesn'y matter. So one of the Planners I've bought for 2016, (specifically the Studio Calico's one, which you can see inside HERE), will make the Journal function. And that's how it looks my first week: simple, fast and with little supplies. And best of all: DONE.

Kit Calendario 2016 y Videotutorial

Hola hola! Pensaba que no llegaría a tiempo, pero aquí esta mi regalo de Reyes para todos vosotros!

Para empezar el año os traigo un nuevo pack de Kit + tuto. En este vídeo os enseño a montar desde cero un calendario de pared de 2016, utilizando el kit de material que podéis conseguir tanto en mi tienda de Etsy, si sois de fuera de España, como en la tienda on-line (envíos nacionales gratuitos).

En el paso a paso veréis cómo crear y pintar el clipboard y cómo decorar cada uno de los meses del año, utilizando la plantilla de meses incluida en el kit y las pegatinas exclusivas que he diseñado, que se pueden recortar a mano o utilizando un troquel circular de 1,6cm de diámetro.

El cartón se tiene que cortar a 17x23cm.

In this video I will show you from A to Z how to make a wall calendar 2016, using the kit of materials that you can get both in my Etsy shop, if you are from outside Spain, as in the online store www.scrapipebre.es (Free domestic shipping).

On the step by step you will see how to create and paint the clipboard and how to decorate each month of the year, using the template of months included in the kit and exclusive stickers I designed, which can be cutted by hand or using a circle punch of 1/2" diameter.

The cardboard the card board have to be cutted 17x23cm.
