Cómo hacer una tarjeta "Shaker" // How to make a Shaker Card - Scrapbook TUTORIAL

Hola hola! Este año estoy más inspirada que otros con el tema romántico, así que aquí tenéis otro post dedicado a San Valentín. En el vídeo de hoy os enseño a sacar partido a un material que no suelo utilizar en mis proyectos de scrap pero que puede ser muy útil, la goma eva. Es muy fácil de manejar y tiene múltiples usos, como puede ser el de crear una ventana Shaker en un proyecto, como la tarjeta de San Valentín que os muestro a hacer.

Hello! This year It looks like I'm more inspired with the St. Valentine's Day thing, so here you have another post dedicated to this special date. In today's video I'll show you to take advantage of a material  that I don't use usually in my scrapbooking projects but It can be very useful: foam. It is very easy to use and has multiple uses, such as to create a Shaker window in a project such as Valentine's Day card that I´m showing how to do.

La base de la cartulina mide 21 x 15cm, y doblada por la mitad se queda en 10,5 x 15cm. El papel estampado lo cortamos a 14,5 x 10cm. La medida del marco estilo polaroid es de 8 x 10cm y el cuadradito que utilizamos para recortar la parte interior del marco es de 7 x 7cm.

Materiales utilizados:

Cardboard base measures 21 x 15cm, and folded in half it stays in 10.5 x 15cm. The patterned paper has to be cutted to 14.5 x 10cm. The size of the Polaroid style frame is 8 x 10cm and the small square that we use to cut the inside of the frame is 7 x 7cm.

Cómo hacer una tarjeta original de San Valentín // How to make an original St Valentine's Day Card

Hola hola! Lo primero que quiero deciros acerca del vídeo de hoy es que siento mucho lo borroso que se ve parte del mismo, grabé con el objetivo desenfocado y cuando me dí cuenta ya era demasiado tarde, pero de todas maneras he pensado que os podría gustar el vídeo, en el que os enseño a hacer una tarjeta para vuestra persona especial, para regalar en San Valentín o en cualquier ocasión que simplemente queráis decir "Te Quiero" sin importar la fecha.

The first thing I want to say about the video today is that I'm so sorry but a part of it, is recorded unfocused and when I realized it was too late, but still I thought you might like this video in which I'm showing you to make a card for your special someone on Valentine's day or any occasion just want to say "I Love you" regardless of the date.

The supplies that I use are the January's 2016 Kit from Studio Calico (http://www.studiocalico.com). The Crop a Dile you can get It here http://goo.gl/g7DwHg

Primero necesitamos un trozo de papel de 15cm x 30cm, en el que le hacemos marcas arriba y abajo a 7,5cm y 22,5cm. Unimos esas marcas con una plegadora y doblamos hacia en interior. En las dos solapas que hemos doblado, hacemos un agujero pequeño con la crop a dile, a dos centímetros hacia el interior de la solapa (o puertecita de la tarjeta) justo en medio (a 7,5cm). Después troquelamos dos círculos en cartulina craft de 2,5cm de diámetro, también les hacemos un agujerito y los cogemos con un brad a las puertecitas de nuestra tarjeta.

Doblamos una cartulina tamaño A4 por la mitad y al lado del pliegue dibujamos un círculo de unos 7cm de diámetro, pegado al pliegue, luego trazamos una línea diagonal desde el borde del círculo hasta el pliegue de la cartulina y recortamos. Esa será nuestra plantilla para recortar los otros tres corazones que nos hacen falta para el interior de la tarjeta (dos de papel estampado y una foto).

Los papeles que pegamos en el interior de la estructura miden: dos piezas de 7 x 14,5cm y una pieza de 14,5 x 14,5cm.

First we need a piece of paper 15cm x 30cm, in which we make marks up and down to 7.5 cm and 22.5 cm. We join those marks with a folder and turned to inside. In the two flaps that have folded, we make a hole with the Crop a Dile, two centimeters into the flap in the middle (to 7.5 cm). After we punch two circles on craft cardboard 2.5cm diameter, also we make them a hole and we add them to the doors of our card with a brad.

We fold a cardstock sheet size A4 in half and next to the the fold we draw a circle about 7cm in diameter, then draw a diagonal line from the edge of the circle to the fold cardstock and cut It on the lines we draw. This will be our template to cut the other three hearts that we need for the inside of the card (two of patterned paper and one from a photo).

The papers glued inside the structure measured: two pieces of 7 x 14,5cm and 14,5cm x 14.5 piece.
